Virtual Reality

Combining VR and reading has been a highlight of both the students and myself. It has become a great addition to our novel studies and close reading activities. The students first map out a particular scene from a book concentrating on sequencing and details in the scene. Next, they recreated the scene using  Co- Spaces Edu. Co- Spaces is a classroom-friendly VR and AR software. After the students were done they were able to compare and contrast their scenes with classmates which helped them to improve accuracy and comprehension.
