Prologues and Epilogues

For this project, we decided to use the students’ love for Graphic Novels and combined them with reading and writing.  After reading a series of short stories, they were asked which story was their favorite story and grouped accordingly. Then, the students decided whether they wanted to write a prologue or epilogue to their story.  Next, they created a storyboard and mapped out what they wanted their graphic novel to look like frame by frame. Students used a green screen and several apps to achieve the final product.
