Poetry

We combined reading, writing, art, and technology to create original poetry. Concentrating on personification, the students had to use it in their writing and as part of their illustration. I found that by incorporating the drawing element it gave students an extra opportunity to understand what it meant to give human characteristics to inanimate objects.
