Florida Day

Florida is studied all throughout 4th grade. To create a more meaningful and in-depth experience, teachers from all different subject areas teamed up to teach about Florida within their areas of expertise. Social studies, English, Spanish, science, and Art teachers collaborated through a series of projects to showcase on Florida Day. Students were all to showcase and share with their family and peers all their projects. This created a cohesive approach to learning and teaching.
